I’m always getting questions about my topaz settings, so I made a whole tutorial, haha.

First, click on the pen tool.
And use these settings,
Now start going around the person, like so:
Once you are finished going ALL the way around, make sure you link them together so the links form a line. Right click, and click on make selection, and a window should pop up. Click okay.
Now right click again, and select inverse. The background should now be selected. I usually just make the background white if I’m going to make an edit like this. After you make the background white (Just take a brush and fill it in white), KEEP THE SELECTION. YOU’RE GOING TO NEED IT.
Now make a new layer, set it to multiply and 50% opacity. Now, pick the color you want, and use the brush tool to start filling it in. And you’re done! :)
For something like this, I just played around with the hue and saturation. Easy peasy!
